There is no job counter on either paid plan, and there is no credit balance. What we do run is ordinary abuse protection, the same on every account: a cap on how many transcriptions you can start in an hour. Nobody delivering client work reaches it. It is affordable because your video is encoded in your own browser — the compute a rival pays for is paid by your machine, so a delivery costs us a fraction of a cent and there is nothing worth metering.
Both carry unlimited videos, the SAFE stamp, the 900×1400 burn and the clean plate with SRT and VTT — Creator ($15 a month, or $129 a year) is everything one person needs to deliver to brands, the TikTok Spark Ads mask included. Agency ($39 a month, $349 a year) is for a roster: 10 saved brand glossaries instead of one and client review links on a domain you connect in Settings. You move up when a second client arrives — not when you hit a wall.
Yes — 3 videos / month, complete: burn, stamp, organic export. The clean ads plate starts on Creator. A job counts when its first transcript arrives, so a file or transcription that fails uses nothing. Once the month's free jobs are spent Studio waits, either for the 1st or for a plan; Creator ($15/month) runs the same pipeline with no cap at all, and 3 free jobs land again on the 1st either way.
Yearly costs 28% less on Creator and 25% less on Agency — $10.75 and $29.08 a month, in one charge a year. Monthly is there if you would rather not commit; nothing on the plan differs. Either way the plan is active as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, you can switch plans from Settings (Stripe shows the prorated amount first), and you can cancel any time in the billing portal — you keep the plan to the end of the period you paid for.
The check is free, with no limit and no account. If a creator or an affiliate makes your videos, send them the check — the result has a "Send to your creator" button — and ask for the cut back with a SAFE link you can open. Studio, and the plans on this page, are for whoever edits the video.
Then you change it and burn it again — inside the same delivery job, at $0, on every plan. What CapQA takes off the table are the technical rounds: a caption under the platform's buttons, a brand or product name spelled wrong, a missing clean file for Spark Ads. Creative notes — a different hook, a new cut — stay a conversation with your client.
Plans cancel any time in Settings and keep working to the end of the period you paid for. EU and UK consumers can withdraw within 14 days — the Refund policy has the details. Prices are in US dollars, and checkout does not add VAT or sales tax to them. Buying for a business? Add your VAT ID at checkout or later in Manage billing; it is printed on your invoices, which are there too.
