A 30-day pilot for your brand or agency

Buying UGC or running a TikTok Shop affiliate program? Tell us your brand, where the videos run and roughly how many creator videos you receive a month. We reply with times for a 15-minute call and set the pilot up with you. What it includes is on CapQA for brands; how we handle your clients' data is in the data processing agreement.

Studio isn't working

First, the status page shows whether sign-in, transcription, or payments are down right now. Inside Studio, the account menu has “Report a problem”, which sends the job's id and your browser with your note — no video.

Write to hello@capqa.app with the browser and device you used, what you clicked, and the message Studio showed. The job's address from your browser bar helps. Please don't attach the video — it never has to leave your computer for us to help.

Billing, cancelling and refunds

Change or cancel your plan any time in Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal with your invoices. How refunds work is in the refund policy. For anything the portal can't do, write to hello@capqa.app from the address on the account.

Withdrawing from a purchase (EU, EEA, UK)

Consumers can withdraw within 14 days of buying. Use the withdrawal request in Settings → Billing, which gives you a reference on screen and by email, or send a clear statement to hello@capqa.app before the 14 days end; the Terms of Service include a model statement.

Access, correction, deletion or an objection: write to hello@capqa.app. What we process and why is in the privacy policy.

Security

Found a vulnerability? Write to hello@capqa.app with the steps to reproduce it. Please don't access other people's data or run load tests. Our security.txt has the same contact.
